Return and Refund Policy

At ✦UN1TY✦, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

✦ Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

✦ Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

✦ Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

✦ Sale items or items purchased with a discount of 20% or more.

✦Gift cards.

✦Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

    Return Process:

    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at return@unityoslo.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
    3. Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    ✦ The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    ✦Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Refunds

      Refund Eligibility:

        ✦  Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the  returned item.

        ✦ If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

        Refund Process:

        1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

        Late or Missing Refunds:

        ✦ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

        ✦ Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

        ✦ Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is       posted.

        ✦ If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at return@unityoslo.com.

        Exchanges

        Exchange Eligibility:

        ✦ Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color subject to      availability.
         
        ✦ If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@unityoslo.com

        Exchange Process:

        1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service to confirm the availability of the desired size or color.
        2. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process to send back the original item.
        3. Receive the New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement.
