Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
✦ Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
✦ Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
✦ Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
✦ Sale items or items purchased with a discount of 20% or more.
✦Gift cards.
✦Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at return@unityoslo.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
✦ The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
✦Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility:
✦ Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color subject to availability.
✦ If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@unityoslo.com
Exchange Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service to confirm the availability of the desired size or color.
- Return the Original Item: Follow the return process to send back the original item.
- Receive the New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement.
